Christine Hotchkin is truly the best. As first time home buyers, she was so patient with us and made sure she explained every single thing we asked about. We could easily go to her for anything and she is just a kind soul. She is very easy to communicate with and responds in a timely manner. Christine was always available to us any time of the day even on the weekends. Her negotiation skills were phenomenal. She always had the best recommendations during that process and made sure we always had a voice as well in order for us to get the best deal. Im not an easy customer. I wear my heart and stress on my sleeve. I felt pressure to leave Portland and move to the suburbs for safety reasons. The hot market of 2021-2022 was pricing me out and psyching me out. At a random open house I signed up for an email list and I started getting Milwaukie listings from Christine. I thought I was priced out of Milwaukie but as 2022 went along and I had some bad agent experiences, I reached out to Christine. What a stroke of luck to connect with her. Why is she so wonderful? Here is a list: 1) she is a great person. She cares about her customers. She is patient, kind, and reassuring.
