Selling a house is always difficult, let alone if you are moving from a home that you purchased 30 years ago with your late husband. Kelley not only understood my situation but guided me in the process with great respect and useful advice as well. Her outstanding skills and knowledge made it possible to bring in excellent professionals to have a beautiful presentation of the house. She was proactive in her work and helped me feel comfortable to complete each step with as little stress as possible and in a timely manner. Kelley is straightforward and doesn't waste time with genuflecting to the client - but this isn't to say she's not a pleasure to work with! She spoke to us like human beings, not like a scripted customer service rep who is scared to share their true personality due to company policy. She gets to the point quickly and builds enough rapport with the client to tell them when she thinks they're just settling on a property because they're tired of hunting. We never got the impression that Kelley wanted us to throw an offer down on something we wouldn't be happy with, even if it meant a few extra weekends of hunting for the right place. We also sold our old place with her at the same time, and that was a mostly invisible process for us (which was ideal) - she handled everything so we could focus on our excitement for the new house.
