Sarah is wonderful for a first-time home buyer! I had never bought a house before, but Sarah walked me through every step of the process and explained everything. It started with a recommendation for who to work with to get pre-approved for a loan, then we sat down and talked about the buying process, including wishlist items and deal breakers, what happens when you make an offer, and what the escrow process entails. We looked at a bunch of places and put in an offer. Sarah was determined to push for good terms and recommended a home inspector who was great and explained any findings to me. Now, even several years later, I still love my little townhouse! I also recommended Sarah to my in-laws when they were selling their condo. Sarah went through the place with them and recommended small fixes that would increase buyer interest, had great photos taken that were posted online, and ended up getting above listing price for them. Sarah is a gem, whether you are buying or selling!

Selling a home with Sara made stressful process manageable. She answered questions quickly and honestly. She was trustworthy and fun to work with. As we moved out of state and looked at other homes, we often pointed out homes that would have benefitted from Sara's staging advice. I would gladly sell a house again with Sara.
