I had done a lot of homework (youtube videos) on how to buy a home, especially in Portland. Based on that, I found Virginia to be the kind of buyer's agent that everyone would want. She was clearly on our side throughout the process, and brought her substantial experience and knowledge about the Portland real estate market to get us the best deal on the house we wanted. I was amazed how quickly she managed to get our inspections done and bids for repairs that enabled us to effectively negotiate on the price in the short time we were in Portland. We closed 10 days (8 business days) after our initial offer. She also turned us on to Bui Natural Tofu, which is a new fav place for Vietnamese takeout.
