        My sessions w/Trainer: Ashley Runnicles has & continues to be challenging, fun as well as so satisfying! Her knowledge of strength building, tailoring a program for my body (add in there her down to earth vibe) & well folks, youve got a seriously solid winning combo for your health goals. I didnt think Id see such fast results and feel so dang good while doing it! Cmon, youre worth it & so is Ashley/A.I.R. Fitness

        I can not recommend Ashley enough! She has helped me stay motivated and stick to my goals. She has a great sense of humor that pairs nicely with her no-BS style of training. If you want someone to keep you accountable and get you strong, I highly recommend working with her.
