Rhonda was a joy to work with! We put our house on the market at the absolute worst time possible, as we watched the market die right before our eyes. Her guidance and support during that time were instrumental in us keeping our sanity. I've worked with Rhonda on several home purchases and resells. Rhonda is one of the most competent and kind realtors, as well as knowledgeable about the market. We encountered numerous challenges in finding a home and winning a successful bid in a competitive market but Rhonda's persistence and patience really paid off. I cannot recommend her enough. I had the unlucky experience of working with Rhonda. She is probably the most condescending, disrespectful and incompetent agent Ive ever worked with. Ive bought four homes, so it wasnt my first time buying a house. A few highlights 1) I asked her to rescind my offer in writing and she didnt follow my instructions and instead pressured me into paying for an inspection on a house I didnt want to buy 2) during the transaction she made multiple errors on the paperwork like using the wrong address! 3) she gaslit me by saying I wasnt prepared to buy a house. WRONG! I purchased a home with a competent agent 3 months after thankfully parting ways with her. BEWARE! Give your business to a caring and good person, Not Rhonda.

Rhonda works harder than any other realtor I've worked with. She is right there when you need her the most. She cares about her customers and it shows. I am buying a house this spring and there is no doubt who I am using as my realtor. Do yourself a favor and contact her!!

I am a first time homebuyer and a single female who knows nothing about buying a house. Rhonda was me through the entire process, explaining all the steps and fine prints. I felt completely at ease during the process and very supported. It seemed so easy compared to stories I have heard about friends experiences and I have Rhonda to thank for that! She is truly a gem to work with!
