April was the best Realtor Ive ever had! She went above and beyond to help me through some difficult times when I was stressed out or simply needed a hand moving some thing to prepare for Staging. April is knowledgeable, thorough, dependable, very friendly and kind and a joy to work with! Not only that, but she got me top dollar for my house and her negotiation skills were amazing! She was truly excited for me when something good happened and talked me off the ledge a couple times when I didnt think Id make it through it all! I truly enjoyed working with April and would recommend her to anyone!

April is the absolute best! She has helped us purchase two homes and sell one and has made every step of the way smooth and possible. When we were first time home buyers her expertise and attention to detail made us feel at ease. Recently while helping us sell our home (to purchase a new one), her efforts in helping us find a buyer exceeded her job description. April knows how to do her job and how to do it well and she never hesitates to go above and beyond for her clients. Her professionalism, optimism, and realism are just a few of the qualities that make her an amazing realtor and an amazing human being.

The only reason why I didn't write a review about April Keesey immediately after closing is because there's just too many amazing/great/wonderful things to say about her, that couldn't possibly be formulated and condensed into one small paragraph. I can certainly say it's not easy nor fun feeling like you're in a constant race in today's housing market. April's expertise and service was essential in helping me become a new first time homeowner in just 3 months of searching! Throughout the entire process, her level of engagement, communication and proactivity never faltered. I was constantly kept on my toes and she was always there to make sure nothing fell through the cracks while keeping me updated through every part of the process from filtering through listings within my expectations to next steps and deadlines. April guided me to submitting strong offers in creative ways I didn't even know existed in order for me to be considered as a strong buyer especially in today's ridiculous market. My expectations were exceeded by 1000% and I couldn't be more confident in recommending a better realtor than April Keesey!
