Andy was awesome to work with. As someone who was relocating from Arkansas, Andy's local knowledge and responsiveness was key. We worked together remotely for some time honing neighborhoods and housing needs. So much so that because of Andy I found a house I loved in the first few days of arriving in Portland- I went under contract three days after we started our search. The house was actually one not on my radar that Andy suggested for me. Once under contract Andy was invaluable in lining up awesome inspectors and suggesting local firms for me to work with. Working with Andy was a truly great experience! As first-time home buyers, he took the time to clearly explain each step of the process and helped us develop useful mindset while we looked at houses. He is a great communicator, both with us as buyers and with sellers. In each property we saw, he helped contextualize the features of the older homes. My partner and I learned so much about houses in this process, and we appreciate how informed Andy made us about each house we saw. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

Andy was incredibly thoughtful in marketing and selling our home. We received more than one offer on the first weekend which was no surprise considering the fantastic staging, foot traffic, and hype Andy was able to generate for us. He has built strong relationships in his community and with his network of partners. When you work with Andy, you gain more than just his support especially when you need a subject matter expert for the unexpected.
