Krista helped us prepare for the sale of our house. Set up the right price, details online, staging and a lot more great advice during the process. She is thoughtful, experienced and still very passionate about her work and her customers. It was a delight working with her and it took a lot of the stress out of the selling process.

Krista was instrumental in securing the perfect home for us. She has helped several people in my family do the same over the years. Throughout our process (which was fairly long considering the market craziness at the time), she was very responsive, willing to drive all over for us (often at a moment's notice) and helped us navigate the bidding (and subsequent re-bidding) - along with all of our resultant questions that were evident of the market at the time. She maintains excellent working relationships and this was very beneficial to us in regards to working with our lender. She helped us to spot things in house candidates that we had not considered and what the relative impact(s) would/might be. She is hard-working, friendly, professional and very down-to-earth. Highly recommend!
