Kung POW!

I was looking for somewhere to grab lunch while my mom was in surgery, so I went in here after seeing the bar from the window. I was disappointed once I found out the bar is permanently closed, because of the pandemic. I decided to stay anyways and have lunch. Amd I am so grateful I did. The service was top notch. Very friendly, and the food was so fast. And I can't tell you how delicious it was. I took my leftovers home and shared with my partner. Leftovers are never that good, but he couldn't stop thinking about it for days, and is still bugging me to take him here. We'll be back soon!

We had the braised pork belly with brussel sprouts and the Singapore noodles with shrimp. Very authentic and perfectly seasoned. Reminded me of my great aunt's Chinese cooking from my youth.

We had dinner here a couple of weeks ago. It was the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. And by far the best Ive had in Portland, by a lot. We enjoyed the Clay Pot Curry Chicken and also the Sauteed Brussels Sprouts, absolutely delicious. Very attentive service, also. Cant wait to go back! Edited to add: Dinner there again March 23, 2024 so now we have been there at least 5 or 6 times. Absolutely delicious, consistently excellent plus kind, gracious service. The wonton soup, the clay pot curry chicken and the Brussels sprouts are among our favorite dishes, but others we have tried are also delicious. Its a great place to dine before a movie at Cinema 21 just a few doors down.

Best American Chinese in Portland! After years of living two blocks away I finally took out kung pow chicken, fried shrimp, spring rolls and hot and sour soup! Superb!

I have to take the time to say..I have been ordering food from here the last couple of Months & keep forgetting to do a reviewthey serve very good Chinese food! Everything is fresh, homemade..good quality ingredients & portions, also there pricing is good & you definitely get your moneys worth
