        Adding context - today, I screwed up and forgot to ask for no peppers on a dish. I'm 2/3s of way home and realize I messed up. Not only did Bruce remake the dish for me when I returned, but he didn't charge me for the remake - and I was ready to do so, b/c it was my mistake. That is the type of service you can expect - on top of the excellent food!

        Hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant of all time. Everything is well seasoned and cooked to perfection, well worth any price tag they put. Of the years I've been eating here, I can't remember ever getting something that was bad.
