If I could 0 stars I would! Not one but two of my appts have been canceled. No follow up to re-schedule. None of the secretaries talk to one another and multiple of them will contact you and you never know who you are talking to. Big lack of communication. Ive been waiting months for an appt only to have two different appts canceled. They scheduled me for a Monday appt and then said its not for new patients. Well Im a new patient so idk why they would schedule me for a day that isnt for new patients. And yes, they know Im a new patient. Im beyond frustrated with this place!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Olsen's for more than 10 years and he is the best. Great care, easy billing and virtual meetings... BestMind is top notch.

If I could give this place six stars I would. Im 54 years old and after a lifetime of depression and anxiety I am finally the person I always shouldve been. I have been meeting with Francis Murphy for a while now. Shes really helped me find the right combination of medications to make me feel alive again and to make me feel like life is worth living. Its been a tough road, but she has really helped me through it. There are not enough words to express how much I appreciate the time, effort, compassion and expertise I received from Francis. Im very grateful to have found BestMind Behavioral Health and Francis.

I made an appointment and they canceled me they said theyre out of network with Medicare and false advertising they said they take Medicare but they told me they dont take Medicare very unprofessional
