I have done business with you for years and was very satisfied but my last purchase is a lemon and I tried with them to solve the problem and no one will call back. It's very disappointing that customer service is bad. On December 22 Mark the owner came to my house to make thing right that's what shamrock is all about...thank you Mark and wife for this generous gift this holiday season.
