        Despite the online booking and check-in process working efficiently, I missed having a person at the front desk. Fortunately, the gentleman who took my blood was friendly, chatty, and welcoming. I will choose this venue to book any future blood tests.

        I had an appointment and I waited 45 minutes and then there was only one person there that could do drug screenings. Very frustrating because I was parked at a meter and was running out of time. Luckily I didn't get a ticket.
