        I called to make an appointment for a new OMMP patient and the staff at Medical Concepts was completely ignorant about Oregon OMMP regulations and was stating things that were completely not true. I questioned these things (knowing them to not be true) and was hung up on and blocked from calling the office. I have personally been an OMMP cardholder since 2006 and a patient of this clinic for a number of years and will never go back after this experience. I will also never refer anyone to this office, as they are not only ignorant to the regulations of the industry that they operate in but they are also rude and completely unprofessional.

      Hey sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Our phone staff does their best in keeping up on the rules and regs but it is complicated and Dr. Hedmann has patients in two states which further complicates things. Their main job is to schedule appointments and typically refer questions they can't answer to me. I'm here on Monday's with the Dr. from 10AM to 3PM. if you still need your questions answered feel free to give a call. Again sorry for the bad experience let us know if there's anything we can do to make it up to you.
