Horrible place I'm looking for a new clinic, they changed locations without leaving a voicemail. And the girls were super rude and refused to give me the office managers information. Why should I have to reschedule when you change clinic locations the day of!!!

I have been going to the doctors here. One doctor is my favorite, so I am in between finding a dentist so I decided to try this place all I can say huge mistake. I have never been in so much pain in my life as they tried to pull one of my teeth, this dentist was so inexperienced and it showed she hurt me so much and then they brought in another Dentist to try and they simply could not get me numb enough . I seriously want to run back to my other dentist as annoyed as I was with them at least he knew what they were doing so I leave here in excruciating pain , still have the tooth, and they were trying to get me to reschedule to come back and then I find out the dentist has been there. The longest been doing dentistry. The longest is six years. Nope I think I am going to keep shopping around. I felt like I was in some chop shop somewhere, this is not a good feeling at all and i have never experience pain like this

Earlier this week we made an appointment for 11 a.m. we showed up promptly at 11 a.m. and we were told that we would have to come back after their lunch at 1pm. Again, we arrived promptly filled out the paperwork and sat there and waited. After about an hour we went up and asked what was going on we were told that we had a walk-in appointment. Impossible since we scheduled a few days in advance. Literally a waste of time, especially with wisdom teeth coming in. Unprofessional. Unmotivated. Unfriendly. I turn into such a Karen when y'all wait my valuable time.
