Outside In Medical Clinic

Being on the phone with this place is so unpleasant, consistently.

All the staff are very friendly here, very good at anything involving needles (Im afraid of the pokes but less so now that Ive had several good experiences here). One of the staff even helped me while they were on their lunch break, taking time out of their break to help me find something I left in an exam room while everyone else was in lunch.

Front desk BARELY answers, they suck at helping with medication refills and makes it so stressful. Its bull, and some of the medical assistants and doctors are good, but not everyone there is good or nice. Bad service, bad helping and they dont LISTEN.

I've heard other locations are better but this particular location sucked in my experience Edit: I got rescheduled multiple times, I even had an appointment set with a doctor who looked at their schedule and their entire afternoon apparently looked clear so they just went home. I was one of their afternoon appointments. I will admit I did reschedule a couple of times myself but I was fed up with trying to get the care that I needed and just being rescheduled with a bunch of different people in the first place then having them just go home.

An example of American healthcare. I came in due to a car accident and the doctor kept changing the subject to HRT rather than addressing any of the symptoms or remedying my pain and health issue that occurred at the time of the high speed collision. Very unprofessional. Strongly considering sticking to my doctor located 2 hours away or just killing myself to alleviate the symptoms outside-in casually ignores. Edit: I followed up, and they suggested making more appointments. More visits from healthcare that ranks below 1st world standards. No thanks. Re: I will not be sharing my email with you outside-in because I already sent a MyChart message.
