I would like to thank Doctor Edward Chaplain For being an excellent Doctor always accessible with compassion and concerns thank you I appreciate the way Doctor Chaplin has taken care of me and at all times have taken my medical concern into consideration I appreciate the fact that he is always there for me when I am in need no matter what he is involved in at the time I would like to thank him and also thank Providence for being a wonderful facility

Last year, I received phenomenal care from Dr. Yau during my first pregnancy, labor/delivery, and postpartum. I had a high risk pregnancy and lots of anxiety about knowing too many details (Im squeamish) and Dr. Yau was so thoughtful about how shed share information with me. I felt so cared for. Beyond this, I went into labor during a nursing strike at the hospital I planned to deliver at (and where Dr. Yau practiced). She was instrumental in helping me prepare for the unexpected. Once at the hospital, she was not only my doctor, but my advocate as we navigated more unexpected circumstances that interfered with my plans for an epidural. She monitored my labs closely and worked with a team of providers to consider risk factors. She checked on me every two hours for over 24 hours. Eventually I was able to receive the epidural and Dr. Yau guided me through delivery. I could go on (and do with anyone who mentions they are looking for an OB) but long story short, if you are seeking a provider who is trauma informed, caring, knowledgeable, and kind - Dr. Yau fits the bill. She is now my kids pediatrician and knowing her through my pregnancy and labor/delivery, I could not be more thrilled that my kiddo receives care from her! I literally would not accept a recent job offer until I could confirm my new health insurance would be accepted at this office!

Been waiting an hour for my daughters check up. She was brought back to the room 30 minutes ago and shes still there waiting for the doctor to show up. Its 5pm - appointment was for 4pm and there have been no other patients
