        Such friendly staff. I accidentally ordered the wrong test and the guy who helped me gave me 20$ off Cupon even though it was my own fault! Needed a negative test for a concert and I got my results back within 45 min! Lines moved fast too make sure to go in the morning!

        1/1/2022 I needed a test, I scheduled the soonest available: 1/7/2022. I was told I would receive results in 1-2 days, it is now 3 days later and I have not received results. A total wait time of over 11 days seems to me, pointless; a waste of resources.

        We made an appointment for 3pm and had to wait nearly 2 hours. Approx 20 cars in front of us and only 1 person available to take the tests. Although they advertise that you will receive the results within 1-2 hours, we still havent received the results at 11:30pm. No chat or other live option available. Hopefully they read their email in time. We have to catch a flight tomorrow.

        Horrendous excuse for a testing center, Made an appointment still waiting in line 40mins, maybe moved up 10 cars. By the looks of it I'll be here another 2 hours.
