I was looking for a fat-friendly massage provider and found not only that but LGBTQIA+-friendly, BIPOC-friendly, disability-friendly, trauma-informed business. Receiving bodywork involves vulnerability, and many people who could benefit from it don't get it because of that. The team at Be Abundant has been so thoughtful about inclusivity and consent through every part of their work, creating a safe and comfortable space and process. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this group if in the Portland area. My sore muscles were well attended to. I saw Kirah and look forward to trying the cranial sacral for my neck issues :)!

Clean, quiet, welcoming practice. Instantly felt safe and valued by my massage therapist Kirah (They/Them). They're super respectful, down to earth, passionate, and skilled when it comes to providing healing bodywork. I'm so excited to see them weekly and build a therapeutic rapport. Just wish I'd found this practice sooner!!
