Joseph took time to understand my injury and he knew how to massage my back to correct the muscle spasms I was experiencing. After my massage, I could move and sit without the pain in my lower back for the first time in several days. Since I saw him, my back muscles have not been hurting and I feel that I'm back to normal. He also fit me in to his schedule quickly as I was experiencing aches and pains when sitting and nearly every movement. I left there very comfortable and smiling. He also has a great personality!

Joseph is by far the best therapist in Portland. He is not your typical foo foo massage. He has great technique to cater to any issues I bring. I get a 2 hour massage every time and not one minute is wasted.

I both live and work in Sellwood and love this neighborhood. I had heard from a couple of friends that Joseph was an excellent bodyworker. I can now vouch for that as well. He understands body mechanics and how to personalize a session to maximize therapeutic results. I appreciated his attention to detail and that he didn't talk during the massage other than to check in about level of touch. I will certainly go back and will recommend his services to those who often as me for a referral.
