Absolutely Amazing customer service! I lost my car key and after a week of searching I felt very defeated. I called several places but the customer service and quotes I was given... made me feel even worse. My last call was to Locksmith Plus, Inc. I don't remember the dispatchers name but he was so kind and he could tell that I was down and went out of his way to make me laugh. I needed that. Then my technician Brandyn called and assured me that he would fit me into his schedule, on a Saturday! Brandyn came out and explained the entire process in full detail. He answered all my questions and was very kind and knowledgeable about his craft. Brandyn also made me laugh and I was finally able to stop beating myself up about losing my keys.. in my apartment lol. I will refer Locksmith Plus, Inc to all of my friends, family and coworkers and again, shout out to Brandyn who definitely goes above and beyond providing Excellent customer service. -Lynn-
