purchased a fixer upper for very little cash down. reasonable monthly payment. after 8 or 9 years I sold the house. I made over $100k profit after I paid off the house. It was a great investment for me. I didnt have good credit, no bank would finance me. but this company gave me a chance. it paid off for them and for me. win - win. My only regret was selling the home a few years ago. It has sentimental value after raising my son there. I highly recommend working with Lincoln loan.

The neighbor's house is falling apart. It's been reported to the city for the last 15 years. Lincoln Loan has yet to repair the property.

I rented the cutest apt from them.tgey were very very nice people. I only moved because I had to. I would love to get that apt back.
