We worked with Elena Fewell Howard, and I can't say how positive our overall experience with her and with Rational Unicorn Legal Services has been. Elena has has to deal with fairly difficult things for my nonprofit (at least based on my knowledge and that of the previous attorney who misfiled things), and has done so with lots of grace, not to mention going above and beyond and with a sense of humor (that I badly need). We feel very supportive at a time we really need it.

I can't say enough about Elena and Heather. I imagine it's normal to have someone REALLY excited and ready to go one day, then forget to check email for weeks at a time, then go RIGHT BACK to excited and moving, then forgetting all about it again. The two of them were so patient with me during the trademark process. They stayed focused, knew what was needed and not, listened to my ideas and provided amazing advice. The net result was a lot of money saved because I listened to Elenas advice, multiple trademark classes completed and registered, and a couple of happy business owners looking forward to the future. If youre wondering if you should use Rational Unicorn for your trademarking needs, dont. They wont waste your time or your money, theyll take the burden off of your shoulders and theyll get it right the first time.
