Our front load washing machine is being serviced, so we decided to try this place and support business in our neighborhood. Worse place ever. Half the machines dont work... I put money in 3 machines that never turned on! 1 dryer that just heated up but never rotated. Theres a nasty stench. Most of the machine are from the early 70's. This place needs a major upgrade. Cant wait til my machine is done being serviced!

This establishment is not clean what so ever, they allow homeless people to sleep on their benches and half of the machines dont work and they intentionally dont put up any indication that they dont work so their basically stealing your money. Come here only if you have literally 0 options to wash your clothing. And bring lots of sanitizer

We clean daily, and in fact cleaned 2 hours before you were in there. We do not "allow homeless to sleep on the benches" and in fact will even prosecute trespassers/loiterers in court when needed. Upon review of footage, there wasn't anyone sleeping in there when you were in there anyway. A machine is marked do not use when we know or are notified that it doesn't work. We don't intentionally leave machines un-marked to "steal people's money," and in fact issue prompt refunds to customers. As indicted in the laundromat, if you had problems with a machine, let us know by filling out a refund slip - and refund will be sent right out to you.

Most machines are broken. The ones that do work are very small capacity $4 each. Do not reccomend
