        Did me laundry. Hadn't done it in a laundromat since the last time I was in Portland, and that was 5 long years, good years, though, sorry to be back. Having said that, let me say that the place was clean and in good repair. The prices seemed about the same as the last time and the newer machines were way quick! If you can't 'Dance Yerself Clean' it's the next best.

        Half of the washers are out of service = long lines. Half of the dryers are either out of service, or do not get hot enough to dry the clothes. = more lines. Employees are frustrated and I dont blame them. This used to be the best laundry mat but they are not keeping up with maintenance demands. I spent way too much money and time here today for a big pile of damp clothes that will have to be hung dry. Disappointed!!

        Every time I go during the week the place is clean, the older woman who works there is always friendly and courteous, I love that it's nice, the machines are always clean and ready to use.

        Some of the nicest people work here on the weekends! Very clean safe and well lit with a decent amount of parking. Some air b n b folks do their laundry out of here and can be knowledgeable of the attendent is busy so that is nice too. The workers are awesome!

      We are very sorry for the negative experience you had today. We will be replacing all the machines at the Belmont St location with brand new machines soon. Unfortunately, we have seen multiple delays over the last couple of months with the equipment replacement due to issues with customs (since they are shipped from overseas) and contractors (as lots of contractors have outstanding contracts already with other customers that prevent them from taking on this equipment replacement until those jobs are completed). In the next couple of weeks, the replacement of the equipment will be starting. We have not been able to provide maintenance to the old machines as it is costly and does not make financial sense to repair very old machines that will break down again quickly after they get fixed because of their age. Also, the old machines will be scrapped anyway once the new machines are installed. We hope that, once that the new equipment is installed, that we can see you again at our business.
