My experience at Tierra has been wonderful. Everyone is extremely supportive and helpful with no judgement. My professor (Cecy) is very knowledgeable and you can tell she has been teaching for several years. Tierra was flexible with me when I had unexpected obligations arise and they worked with me around this. I highly recommend Tierra to anyone who is passionate about learning Spanish, at any level.

I'm getting ready to start my third session with Tierra, I'm really enjoying it! I have taken classes at local community colleges, and from other local language schools, and Tierra is quite a different experience--in the best of ways! I am learning so much, and really enjoying the teacher and my classmates. I like the format and philosophy, and the time just flies by during class. It always leaves me wanting to study more!

While my experience in my first class here was wonderful, I had the most unprofessional and argumentative call from Elyse re: using credits after cancelling my registration for a class due to personal emergency. There are so many ways to learn Spanish and Ill be investing my energy and money into supporting a business that treats their students with respect and compassion. Unfortunately, that wasnt my experience here.

I have been studying at Tierra consistently for nearly three years. I have gotten so much out of my experience. In addition to learning Spanish, I've developed a new community and strong friendships which have provided the foundation of my sanity during the pandemic. I have recommended Tierra to dozens of people, all of whom love it as much as I do. The intimate class size, the care and dedication of the entire teaching team, and the devotion and thoughtfulness of the sweet family that owns, operates and teaches here are unbeatable! Thank you Tierra family!
