Miadonna has won my jewelry business for life. I had a few hiccups and they repeatedly made it right. I purchased my wedding ring (the vintage goddess ring) and they did not have the stone in stock that I chose and purchased. I think someone else purchased it at the same time I did online. Anyway, they emailed and called me, contacting me right away after purchase to let me know about what happened. They resolved the issue by issuing a better quality stone that was slightly larger free of charge. Wow. Second, I bought my ring days before a promotion which bummed me out when I found out. They decided to include me in the promo as a customer service gesture. Because of this excellent customer service response I decided to purchase again through Miadonna for my bridesmaids jewelry. I saw something online that I liked that was of dubious quality. I showed them a reference and they were able to work something out that was similar, within my budget, and with AA stones. I can't wait to see the emerald earrings I purchased. If you can, choose to partner with Justine or Hannah. They bent over backward THREE different times to provide outstanding customer service. Both women were very easy to work with, non verbose (unlike myself lol), concise and solution orientated. They didn't waste a moment of my time either, as their responses were very timely. I will purchase through Miadonna again, thanks to Justine and Hannah. Thank you ladies. You've really helped make my wedding special for myself and my bridesmaids. I am thinking about making another piece for my MIL. I know where I'll go to find something special

I never review but feel compelled to spread the word, even if it saves one person from headache. DO NOT BUY HERE. Be warned!!! They claim to be foundation-based and respectful but I have only been met with disrespect and miscommunication thats resulted in huge loss. Loose settings, horrible customer service and zero transparency. Dont fall for the lower prices! You get what you pay for! I upgraded my black moissonites to diamonds and was promised I could use the original amount toward the diamonds. After paying the full amount and being told I could get refunded for the black moissonites since they didnt have them at the time of pick-up, I was met with a she-said she-said and the associate (who is apparently a manager) lied about saying she told me I could get a refund. I am absolutely sick over losing my money and even more sick over the fact she lied. Also, when I went to pick up my ring, I said my name, she handed me the bag and said have a good day! I stood there and asked if she needed payment today. I literally could have just said a name and walked out. Your jewelry is not safe here. Horrible operation. Take your money elsewhere and support other local companies. **As you can see from other reviews, they are quick to have an excuse and never take fault. Its always the clients fault. You want to give your money to a company thats never on your side? Think wisely.. your future wife will be wearing this the rest of her life.**
