        My phone died after taking a fall from my couch, already a difficult situation to come into the store with. The staff was immensely helpful and patient, even going so far to give me a discount, really cheered me up. Even had to come back, I was having trouble setting up the phone at home. I left 2 minutes later again cheered up by the staffs kindness. Thank you guys!
