My favorite part about Matrix is their ability to listen and their thorough responsiveness to our needs. Their team has great communication and they were easy to work with as our company navigated our VOIP integration. As a bonus, over the years they've introduced us to their partners who've given us insight into how we might be able to improve our business processes.

Highly recommended MSP, that feels a lot different than other MSPs (*in a much better way). They are fun, and honest -- and somehow, they actually know what they are talking about. Typically you get to pick two - with Matrix - you get all three. Looking forward to a long relationship with this group of great people.

I have been working with Matrix for two years now trying to get many different issues resolved. They have worked with me through many hurtles thrown our way. They have provided many solutions and worked with me through all the technical issues with resolutions. I appreciate all they have provided and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks to Joe, JP and Jeremy for helping me, explaining to me and working with me when I needed it the most!!

The Matrix Networks crew is amazing. Everyone there is a pleasure to work with, and their experience and knowledge is second to none. I have only worked with them briefly, albeit it on several projects. I look forward to working with them for years to come.
