This place is horrible !!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Super rude and disrespectful!! Canceled contract that was $1100, now sending bills for $1800 two months after cancellation. They refuse to let you speak with management and will provide no emails for contact.

WINDSTREAM IS Horrible. Service was poor on most fronts. As a Systems Admin for 15+ years and involved with computing for over 20 years, windstream has proven to be the worst I have experienced among my 200+ clients. We cancelled service with them months ago, yet they continue to take from what they owe us after cancellation, and fail to send us our final check [they were also overcharging us]. Porting numbers away was painful, and I have done this on many other occasions with other telco's. Windstream was the worst. If I could rate no stars or one-quarter star, I would. Saddest part is what they take from us when they go bankrupt, which is clearly their intended goal. This review is not directed at the PDX Office specifically, but Windstream corporate. At least this might help my fellow Portlanders avoid some telco pain.

I just called for commercial services to my office building complex, and the sales and tech support affects were so unknowledgeable we agreed to end the call. Also, the call center didn't know which internet company I was calling about...

In April of 2015 My company ordered Windstream services for a customer in Portland with PRI to interface with an NEC phone system. My experience was absolutely terrible. Windstream scheduled to install the services on 4 different occasions and each time cancelled the install on the due date. This cost our company money each time because we had dispatched techs to turn up the service only to have them turn around and come back to the office. Our customer also suffered with down service because some of the services were converted from their previous supplier anyway. To cap off the horrible experience the customer was just billed for 4 months of service even though they were just turned up a month ago. I have requested a credit which of course is pending and today they received a disconnect notice. If you like to experience delays, down service, unsympathetic customer service reps, customer service that works on east coast time, billing for services that were not available for months and be threatened with disconnection for non payment of overbilling then Windstream is the place for you.
