"slander /slandr/ nounLAW the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation." I believe this guy is looking for "libel" regardless, I think he's attempting to defend himself by not sharing his side of the story...However; slander or libel means to lie. So if it's true, then tell it, it's legal, but from what I see, looks like Honu's claims of incompetence seem pretty accurate. A loose interpretation of your response (take your business elsewhere if you don't like our incompetence that cost you thousands). CLASSIC COMEDY GOLD

Dave and Sarah run amazing agency. Their service is excellent. When we have had issues with our home and vehicles, they have been right there supporting us every step of the way. I highly recommend their agency!

So grateful for Sarah and the team, I had to make a bunch of changes and added a new rental property and they were so helpful and quick to respond! If you want and agency that actually gets back to you, I definitely highly recommend David cox agency!

So...David Cox and Sarah cost a business thousands of dollars, business, continually prove their incompetence, and their response is "We told you to find another agency". Bwahahahaha that response is better than the one star review. Holy moly.
