Robert and Toni are the best! Robert actually called me out of the blue to change policies that saved me over $700 per year! I like brokerages because they can shop different carriers. I have worked with Robert for over 15 years now! I like how the office works as a team and now that they carry all kinds of different companies, you just can't beat the price or the value!

All these reviews for Robert must be him making up new emails because he is the worst/ slowest person I have ever dealt with. I called him multiple times about my car insurance and every time he says Ill shop around for you and never gets back to me. I have done this about 3 times in the past and he never does anything about it. My insurance went up from 150$ to currently paying 380$ a month for a regular car. Nothing fancy. They messed up my coverage when I changed to another car. I went a whole month without knowing I only had liability coverage when I had full coverage on my past car. I did not change the policy just the car and they messed this up as well. I am so tired of dealing with a company with customer service this terrible.

I'm glad I already have an agent who speaks Spanish! Many thanks to agent Edgar, he is the best! Thanks to Griselda, she was very kind. It's a shame that the office is ugly, the desks are well used and old, the chairs are broken, and they don't let clients stay at their desks. The agents are good but the office does not look professional.
