I have been with American Family Insurance since 2012, and I can't say enough good things about them. I have had a couple claims with them (homeowner and vehicle). Nobody likes to file claims, but let me say, all the adjusters I have worked with have been AMAZING! They have been so amazing and so easy to work with. They were so polite and helped me through the claims process without making me feel horrible about filing the claim. I can honestly say that I will not go to another insurance company as they have treated me so wonderful over the years! I work with Dominic Scott out of Portland, and he's amazing. If you are looking for a new insurance company for homeowners insurance or vehicle coverage, I highly recommend going to American Family Insurance. They are amazing!

Dominic and his team are always prompt and professional in working together with us. He listens carefully and asks questions to help us find all the discounts we qualify for. He is clear in his communication and discusses the different options available without pushing us into more coverage than we really need. He even alerted us to a program that allows monthly discounts on our second car that we rarely drive. Dominic is the most thorough and personal insurance agent I have ever worked with, and he takes great interest in making sure all my questions are answered. I highly recommend him!

Always focused on the client, I feel incredibly supported by Dominic. He is very experienced, wildly committed to helping with the best strategies to protect my best interests and his other clients. DSA has excellent service across the board, for both personal and business policy creation and management. In addition to being readily available and responsive, they check with their customers annually to ensure everything is up to par and optimized. I would highly recommend them for any insurance needs.
