Gilda Arzola - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with State Farm for over 3 years for both my auto and renter's insurance and have been very happy with this agent. Additionally, their account manager, Lori, has been tremendously helpful, super responsive, professional, and detail-oriented. An excellent experience overall!

I have been a happy customer with State Farm for several years now, thanks to Lori Saunders in Gilda Arzola's Portland office. Lori is so 'on it' no matter what needs I may have with my home and auto policies. I just call her up like an old friend and let her know what's happening and just like that she takes care of it. Lori's level of customer service and professionalism is becoming so rare in this world. As long as she's there I will probably be staying with State Farm indefinitely.

Lori Saunders is THE best. Very knowledgeable and get things done right the first time. Very fast and efficient. Best agent Ive ever worked with. Always has the answer to our questions.

I was so ecstatic when Gilda called me the next day after I purchased liability auto insurance,and told me I could pay less than a quarter of what I was going to be paying a month.Ive NEVER payed less than $100 a month for my car insurance and now I only pay $26 a month!On top of that,Gilda went way beyond what any other agent had done for me,and got it to where I can start paying life insurance on me for less than $40 a month!I will honestly say that Gilda gave me the best news I've heard in the last couple of years.Thank you State Farm and thank you Gilda Arzola!

She made my switch so easy. And I got better coverage than I had for a lot less. I would highly recommend working with Lori, she was really a joy to work with!
