        Maurina Hylland is the laziest and most uninformed insurance agent that I have ever worked with. She took over Pam Olson's agency and Pam was a class act. Maurina gives incorrect advice and refuses to return phone calls and pawns all inquiries off to her subordinates. She really deserves no stars.

        After 13 years and one claim due to an extreme weather event, our policy was cancelled without any communication to us via email, hard copy or phone call. No loyalty. No communication. We heard via our mortgage company sending us a letter. We moved all of our policies to a competitor.
