I showed up very close to their closing time and they still helped me. I got the bearing I needed and I was on my way in about 15 minutes time.

My experience was terible as a small business owner I need a repair sleeve 100 dallors later and my back side reamed I get my sleeve apon looking deeper i could have gotten one for 22 bucks but I made the mistake of trusting them ya lesson lerned I even told them this is bs but I had to have it to get my truck going they said they will check will the manager and call me monday guess what no call theses guys only want as much money as they can vaccuum out of your pockets dont buy from them you will lose everytime and the older thieves at the counter will lie right to your face I would give this place a zero stars but it will not let me I even told the rep at the mill he told me you get what you get when you dont check your right you do and I needed 60000 dallors worth of bearings for my company and I didn't get them from them either it truely is as sad as it gets when you cant trust a well establish company in are town even worse they dont even care they have the mills to keep them going look at the smug comments from the owner 4.6 billion wow it could have so much more if you didnt practice shady business ethics why didnt he just say I dont give to shakes about your experience with us atleast it wouldnt have been a lie Nobody cares how much money you make just how much you over charge

They helped me identify a part I didn't know much about and I was able to get a few ordered through Motion Ind.

My experience was very favorable, I called Eric at Motion Industries and he was able to locate the bearings I needed in short order. Unfortunately they did not have the ones I needed in stock, but Eric was able to locate bearings that fit my criteria from one of his local supplier/warehouses and was able to bill me over the phone so I could just go pick up the bearings at the warehouse. Eric at motion industries gets five stars because in under 25 minutes he was able to 1: find the bearing 2: send me a quote 3 : do a follow up call confirming exactly the bearings description and size 4: bill me and prepare the bearings for pick up on shortly notice same day.WoW!
