I have used annalena's hypnosis program for weight loss. I have always been kind of healthy and tried to eat healthy as much as I possibly, but for some time I have been stressed at work and for distraction I would go out to dinner with co-workers and we would end up eating a lot and the bad kind of food, the one that makes you fat. So I started to get out of shape  and kind of got hooked on sugar and bad food, started to gain weight and even if I wanted to stop, it never happened. I have been seeing annalena  few times now and used hypnosis to get rid of this food craving. She has been able to make me see the real cause, behind this, what was the trigger that pushed me to eat more, and she has made understand that it was stress and other stuff, behind my food craving, and not because I was really hungry. Stress and any time I would get sad or even excited about something. Already after my first session with her, the anxiety was less and so was the food craving, and I got it more and more under control, yes I did also my home work that she gave me and I was really motivated to stop, but her program really worked and even if I still am working constantly at it, I am not feeling deprived or so, I can handle it. I am definitely going to see her again soon!!
