Advanced provided hvac venting for my bathroom exhaust fan. On time day of install, communicated exactly what they were doing, work completed fast, exceeded expectations in the time it took to complete, bathroom exhaust now vents out through the roof instead of the crawl space. Didnt charge extra for cutting through PVC/Vinyl roofing Fantastic job

When our gas furnace decided it was done we had Advanced come out &, long story short, we had them install a heat pump system. They were absolutely great & would highly recommend them! They moved their schedule around in order to get our system installed within a few days as the weather was about to go into the teens & they wanted to make sure we didn't freeze. The whole team was great from Riley in reception to Greg in sales & our install team led by DJ & Sergio. The heat pump has been great, since we didn't want to deal with a backup heat source Greg suggested a Mitsubishi unit that's rated to -5 degrees & it's kept us plenty warm even on the extra cold days. They also made the process of getting government credits & rebates super easy. The whole process was really smooth & set our minds at ease, never felt like we were being talked into something more than we wanted.

I can't really say how well they work, but I know the driver on hwy 26 who was driving very dangerously and aggressively towards me earned the face of the company 1 star. I called and reported the driver to the company.
