I recently had one of our residents admitted into care by pinnacle hospice. Yesenia had come in prior to talk to my team about pinnacle and gave us a lot of information necessary about their services. Once it was time to admit one of our residents, we decided to try their hospice services. They have been very consistent in their responses and care for our resident. Yesenia continues to follow up to ensure everything is flowing smoothly and is always available for any questions I may have. Iâ€™m truly happy with their services and With Yesenia. She has gone above and beyond to make sure the transition went great. I will definitely be recommending Pinnacle Hospice!!!
