Avamere at Park Place

I have been trying to find out how my mom is doing for over a week and I get no response. Her dementia has gotten worse and I am trying to move her to memory care but I have called and asked if I could find out how she is doing and I never got a response or a call back and yesterday I got hung up on. I live in another state so this is really unacceptable.

Had the chance to tour the community a few weeks ago. I was absolutely impressed. The staff were so warm, and welcoming. Resident were smiling and happy, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. If your looking for a great assisted living community in the Tigard area, call an ask for Beatriz , she would love to help, and It show. I promise you will just adore her, the residents, and this team. I just can't rave about my experience enough. Beatriz is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly passionate, and dedicated to helping your love on new path, and this next chapter. I know you will be in good hands, from the time you walk through the door, to moving in an calling Park Place HOME!

The bathrooms are super small and there are no ventilation fans. One has to place towels on the floor to prevent flooding when showering. There is a skeleton crew due to covid so the care is limited and the residents have to be patient to receive prn medications. It has improved. I'd recommend it to the person who is mobile and has few needs to be met. The person that needs multiple needs to be met I'd recommend to look elsewhere.

Beautiful community with lots of caring workers. Beatriz automatically made me feel confident about the community and really went above and beyond for myself and my parents and that meant a lot to us. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their loved ones

After multiple tours at various facilities. I found avamere to be the best community for my father. Beatriz made us feel welcome, she gave a great tour of the facility with rooms that have great views and all the necessity that my father would need. The staff was amazing. The of the community seem friendly overall.
