I highly advice every one DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY'S SERVICES!!! If I could give a 0 star rating this company deserves it My grandmother had chemo. This company was supposed to send out in/out patient physical therapy as well as home care nurse 3x a week. They never showed up, their employees lied about calling leaving voicemails when my grandmother has two different forms of phones and someone is always here with her to answer. When I called to have someone show up they still made excuses so when I called to cancel their services they wanted to blame my grandmother for not answering. Asked for a survey still have yet to receive one.

I am 29 years old and I had to have my right hip replacement completely removed and replaced - it was a faulty implant. My surgery was on May 11th. At 8:30pm on May 22nd, I receive three calls right in a row from Golden Touch. They begin to attempt setting me up for home health services and physical therapy. I explained in the first two calls that I was now fine and luckily set up my own home for hip precautions and I have been doing the exercises provided in a booklet from the hospital. The third call came from the same woman I spoke to first. She then apologized saying they had been calling the wrong number for the past 11 days, assuming I just wasn't answering their calls. She told me normally they contact a patient for services within 48. Hours of hospital discharge. Luckily, this wasn't my first rodeo with a hip replacement so I was able to manage with the help of my friends and family while doing exercises on my own time as well. I find Golden Touch to be completely inept. What if I were an eighty-year old widower with no nearby friends or family and the home health agency, the people I need to literally wipe my ass, can't even get my phone number correct to contact me. Epic Fail.
