I can be really annoying to some people. I ask so many tiny detailed questions about what if scenarios. I am frugal and anxious. So I like to make sure I know where my money is going and what it's doing for me. I'm glad I went to these guys for my insurance stuff. I never feel like I am bothering Carrie with my questions. She's always been super patient. And she always has an answer. That's the impressive part. She never brushes me off. I feel listened to. Insurance is kind of a personal purchase so you want someone with empathetic nature. I got what I needed and more. These are good people that work here. You should check them out.

LOOOOVE Wix so much! I love the whole family....including the dogs! Gabe efficiently processed my new car insurance, answering all of my picky questions. I appreciated that all his advice came from a place of genuine care and not just trying to make a sale off of me. I felt incredibly respected and taken care off through the whole process. Sean helped take care of some loose ends later on. Both were so fun to work with--super humorous given the hum- drum nature of insurance and really appreciated the easy professionalism. Do yourself a favor and work with them!!! Thanks guys :)

I was referred to Wix when the time came to enroll in Medicare. Beyond the original plan, there is a bewildering number of supplemental options, being sold by different insurers. Wix acted as my advisor, gathering information about my health care providers, medications, and general needs. They carried out the initial research, and then guided me through online steps that I could take myself, to further narrow down the choices to a final one that seemed best for me. They promptly and patiently answered my many questions, and ultimately made sure I was successfully enrolled well before the deadline.My understanding is that agencies like Wix are paid by whichever insurance company the client chooses, and the possible insurers all appear in search results at the federal Medicare web site, so Wix is free to concentrate on helping each customer find what truly works best for them.
