This was a great shop, But I won't be doing business with Mr. Plywood anymore and it makes me sad. I need to finish out my wood shop with cabinets and like the clean look and workability of Baltic Birch. Baltic Birch is primarily made in Russia and products from there are getting harder to find in the US due to sanctions. I called to ask what Mr.plywood recommended instead. The response was a loud, snide, i don't know what you are talking about and plywood is in our name why wouldn't we have it. Um... i'm specifically talking about a product from a country that is at war and that nobody else has. I don't need snide just tell me you actually have it. This product is 120 dollars a sheet, I needed 10 sheets. While I'm aware that that this is not a lot of money to some, it is a lot for me. I'm sure my surprise at how I was being talked to came through the phone because the staff person (first initial starts with a N), claimed to be "kidding", I don't think he was. As a female woodworker, I get questions from clients and friends. about where to go. your shop will no longer be recommended.
