I appreciate if you are sending coupons from time to time, not after my visit/haircut. Useless if you are sending these promotion exactly after haircut.

First of all I was in the Salon when Anita was there.  Her review is totally one sided and not even close to the truth.  Many businesses do not let peole use the employee restrooms, especilly since Covid.  I have researched the law for hair salon and no they do not need to offer a restroom.  I my opinion Anita is borderline raciest with her comment about the " Indian restaurant."   Most salons do not let anyone on the salon floor except for the client, its not safe and not enough room.  Anita your yelling is what scared your son and everyone in the salon.  Brenda was nothing but professional, she tried to explain why you could not use the restroom or be right next to your son.  Beside where would you of stood?  The stylist needs room to work, as a former stylist I would not let the parents stand next to the child they waited in the lobby with the other people.

Horrible customer service. Did not allow customers to use the bathroom. My son who is only 5 years old, wanted to send us to an Indian restaurant next door. Brenda the store manager was rude and not accommodating. Did not let me sit down. Did not let me stand next to my 5 year old son while he got his hair cut. Asked me to move to the lobby. Then my son began to cry, saying he did want to be here. So sad.
