Great clean and vibrant salon with friendly and knowledgeable stylists - I work with Devon and shes helped keep my roots colored with occasional balayage and hair style to suit different seasons! Love the little X factor they bring with great hair accessories, hats and fun products as well and always able to try great tasting coffee or sparkling water they stock!

Mac at the front desk has exceptional customer service. Hes super genuine and friendly and made my day after arriving to my appointment that was canceled because my stylist was sick. They did their best to call me and notify me via email but all my info was wrong because I failed to update it! Im so sorry Im THAT person! Mac was so apologetic and I felt it was all my fault. He sent me home with a goodie bag which was so generous and it made my day! I started coming to Yello when my stylist Devon left her salon in NE Portland a few years back. I love her approach to caring for my hair. She has such a beautiful spirit and always seems delighted to take care of my messy mane. This place knows how to take care of their clients and Ill keep coming back!
