I love the concept, but found the space confusing and overwhelming. There is signage explaining the container tagging process, and signage describing the concentrated products, but in tight quarters with people squeezing past in the aisles, it was exhausting to navigate. My items added up to way more than I was expecting at the register, and the process of using EBT was clunky and slow. Everyone working at the store was very helpful and kind and I appreciated them, but the experience ultimately wasnt for me.

The Realm is the type of business that makes a community, a community. They are always working to adapt their business to meet their customers needs. I love shopping here because it makes reducing my plastic waste so much easier. They have a wide variety of items and are always working on adding something new and exciting. The staff are also some of the nicest folks ever and will answer all the questions you may have. If you havent stopped in, you definitely should!
