Never open when it's supposed to be. Portland sucks.

It's supposed to open at 4am and it's 4:36am. Not an employee in sight. Also if there a 24 hour store then theve completely missed the ball because they were also closed at 12:15am till now. I vaguely remember having a similar problem another time where I had to like wait for them to clean the floor inside or something before I could go on, or I was able to go in and it was like a murder scene with equipment and caution tape. I can't remember though exactly but I just remember really bad vibes. I'm a security guard across the street and literally just need some water. Also keep the aressive behavior and drug use away from your store. Wouldn't be surprised if the employees are contributing to this demonic atmosphere around the building. This sore needs to be reported to corporate. Update. 523am and still not open. I'm probably going to get sick now because I can't get a fricken water. Also anyone else notice there gas prices are over 50 cents more per gallon them some of the other shells. This place is straight trash.

Staff aren't the friendliest but they have cheaper gas prices
