Edible Arrangements

[UPDATE] The order did arrive at 9:15 PM. I understand that orders can run late, especially on valentines day. However, there isn't an excuse for poor communication. I've upgraded from one star to 2. The value for the money just wasn't there, the fruit basket was rather small, and the rose quality was just OK. I would have given three stars with better communication. [ORIGINAL POST] I ordered a $165 Valentine's Day gift/edible bouquet for my family a month ago, along with two preserved roses. The item never showed up, they never returned the phone call from the phone call q, and online tracking says it's delivered. I should have read the reviews ...

Ive always gotten fresh fruit arrangements from here, my lovely cousin Beverly always sent them on my birthday- well worth the amount they give you to indulge in.

They sent my delivery to the wrong place and wont have it delivered until next day when I paid for same day delivery.

So my spouse ordered me flowers for my Bday and Valentines on the same day. It came very late which is fine it's busy, but my flowers were definitely not fresh. They were already wilted today is day 3 and I must have pulled half of it off and tossed it. Totally dead. I'm disappointed and wouldn't recommend you. Flowers should always be fresh and last so much longer. ... nothing like feeling special with dead flowers.

If i could leave less then one start I would. my husband has used this edible arrangements 3 different times now, the first time was the best. The second time the balloons he ordered to come with the other stuff he had got me never came and he had them sent to me work, they showed up at closing. So he said ok he would try them one more time this time order for Valentines Day. They never showed up at all. He call and called. So finally he told me so I called and got a hold of someone they said sorry they ran out of time they would add a box of 6 dipped strawberries and deliver first thing in the morning. Nope I didnt get anything extra the balloons were almost deflated and the fruit was welted and they didnt deliver tell 2pm the next day. Very disappointing. Will never use this place again
