We originally hired Paul to replace our front door and garage door. He was reasonably priced, seemed very knowledgeable, and was willing to explain what work needed to be done. We had some issues getting the work scheduled because of delays with the factory, but that seems pretty standard these days. Once we got the work scheduled, he was on time, professional, and the work seemed well done. However, about a month after the doors were installed, the front door stopped latching closed so it won't stay closed unless it's locked. We asked Paul to come fix it and after a couple of weeks of text that are ignored or half answers, he said he would come over that afternoon/ evening, but he never showed. After another couple of weeks of requesting he come fix it, he explained how to fix it on our own. We're very disappointed that we paid for new doors and are now having to fix them ourselves. If you need a job done that there isn't a risk of it needing him to come back, Paul is a decent selection. But if it's something that may break, be prepared to have to fix it yourself if something about it breaks. Service: General construction
